TC4 ELI (Grade 23) Titanium Round Bar

TC4 ELI Grade 23 Titanium Round Bar is an extra-low-interstitial (ELI) Ti-6Al-4V alloy with improved ductility, the standard alloy for surgical implants. In annealed condition it delivers 828 MPa tensile strength, 759 MPa yield strength and 10% elongation, making it a fit for surgical implants meeting ASTM F136. Sizes: 3-200mm dia. TC4 Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V Titanium Forging is a closed-die and free-form Ti-6Al-4V forging with superior grain flow and strength. In annealed / STA condition it delivers 895 MPa tensile strength, 828 MPa yield strength and 10% elongation, making it a fit for aerospace discs, rings and structural components. TA2 Grade 2 Titanium Welded Pipe is a cost-effective commercially pure (CP) titanium welded pipe. TA2 Grade 2 Titanium Wire is a commercially pure (CP) titanium filler wire with reliable weld strength and corrosion resistance.
