TC4 Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V Titanium Round Bar is the workhorse alpha-beta titanium alloy, with a high strength-to-weight ratio. In annealed / STA condition it delivers 895 MPa tensile strength, 828 MPa yield strength and 10% elongation, making it a fit for aerospace and medical parts. Sizes: 3-300mm dia. TC4 Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V Titanium Plate is the workhorse alpha-beta titanium alloy, with a high strength-to-weight ratio. TC4 ELI Grade 23 Titanium Round Bar is an extra-low-interstitial (ELI) Ti-6Al-4V alloy with improved ductility, the standard alloy for surgical implants. In annealed condition it delivers 828 MPa tensile strength, 759 MPa yield strength and 10% elongation, making it a fit for surgical implants meeting ASTM F136. Sizes: 3-200mm dia.
